Mindful Readiness to Manage Change and Uncertainty Presentation

Change and uncertainty are facts of life.  Managing skillfully and responsively in the face of them is critical to success.

In this presentation we describe cognitive readiness – being ready for anything - and its importance to effective project, program, and portfolio management.  We explore the need to blend mindful awareness and process thinking with the skillful application of traditional technical skills, communication skills and business acumen.
