Please join the Agile Team for another Lunch & Learn virtual meeting on Friday, May 8, 2020 from 12:00 -1:00 pm.

We are currently living and working in unprecedented times and adjusting to the new normal. Most of us are currently working remotely and will need to adapt by finding new and different ways to connect and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Are you ready to shift from boring and unproductive remote meetings to the ones where people feel safe to engage in co-creation, harvesting novel ideas and collaboration with purpose? Join us for a 1 hour high energy introduction to Liberating Structures (LS).

Liberating Structures are a collection of 33+ powerful activities that can be used whenever you facilitate remote staff meetings, project retrospectives or Agile/Scrum events. LS are seriously fun, purpose-driven methods that unleash and include everyone to work together toward a productive outcome. Experience the difference and help transform the way your organization solves problems.

Meeting details will be provided after registration closes.

This is not a traditional webinar. Instead, please join us for a fun, interactive session that will teach project managers how to adapt to this new temporary normal and find new ways to communicate and work remotely with others.

All participants will need to join by computer and turn on their webcam. We will also be using collaboration tools and breakout sessions for small group discussions during the meeting.
