The event is designed to connect project management professionals with local nonprofit organizations to help them solve real-life project management challenges. It will begin with an interactive educational session on the basics of project management and will be followed by a hands-on workshop where nonprofit organizations are paired with project management professionals to develop realistic project plans for upcoming initiatives, such as fundraising events, capital campaigns, program expansions, marketing campaigns, system implementations or property relocations.

10:00 am - 10:15 am        Introductions and opening remarks

10:15 am - 11:15 am        Education session on the basics of Project Management

11:15 am - 12:00 pm        Individual project plan development

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm        Lunch

12:30 pm -   1:30 pm        Continue project plan development

1:30 pm -   2:00 pm         Wrap up and closing remarks
