The Journey from Vision to Value

This session focuses on the value imperative. The challenge is to distill Portfolio level business objectives into Requirements that are palatable and usable by teams.   If implemented appropriately, this ultimately supports better transparency, clearer Requirements, and enhances the capability to perform frequent validation and adaptation.
During this interactive session we will explore:
•   Business agility fundamentals (including opening exercise)
•   Traditional vs. agile approaches
•   The Agile requirements hierarchy
•   Roles, practices and techniques
•   Adoption options and patterns
•   Q&A
There will also be prizes and giveaways. So, why not join us?
