The Project Management Institute NYC chapter is delighted to announce our next meeting will be given by Colin D Ellis.

Colin Ellis is based in Melbourne, Australia and is the author of two best-selling project management books, The Conscious Project Leader and his new book The Project Rots From The Head. An award-winning international speaker and trainer, Colin ignites a passion for project success through personal change in his audiences. He has more than 20 years’ experience of leading large project departments in the public and private sector in the UK, NZ and Australia. He now works with organisations around the work to transform the way they deliver projects.

At this unique event, Colin will share practical things you can do to improve the way you can build a unique team that everyone wants to join and that will help you deliver projects successfully, every time. Regardless of sector or level of experience, these insights will make your work more rewarding, help you to be the best version of yourself and deliver projects that you and your organisation can be proud of.

The evening will be different to previous chapter meetings as we look to create an action-learning environment in which experts share their thoughts that stimulate our own discussion and turn it into action. The format will be similar to the project management hangouts that Colin runs successfully in the Southern Hemisphere and is one we’re looking to model.

The best projects are a result of the person that leads it or the environment they create. Here at the NYC chapter we want to provide all attendees with the insights, inspiration and industry to keep you at the top of your profession.

You can find out more information about Colin on LinkedIn and we hope to see you there!

There’ll be food, sodas and plenty of laughs! Spaces are limited so make your reservation.
