Contracts and contract negotiations find their way into our business as well as personal lives on a regular basis- whether or not we realize it. Insider, Maria J. Aramanda, Attorney at Law, will share some valuable knowledge, lessons and tips as she addresses contracts and contract negotiations from a legal and practical perspective. She will explain the critical elements of making a basic contract, offer specific terms to consider and include in your written contracts, and provide negotiation strategies and pitfalls.

Maria J. Aramanda, Esq., Attorney at Law, has built successful legal practice in Long Island for clients in United States and Internationally. With over 12 years of experience across practice areas of Real Estate and others, Maria has helped clients succeed in their investments and win a great majority of cases, most with rigorous challenges.

Maria attained her Law degree from New York Law School and has been involved with many organizations, collobrating to strengthen and enlighten communities and individual. The wealth of knowledge and experience are exemplified in Maria's triumphs. Her cases have ranged from estate execution to large class action suits, often requiring conflict negotiating expertise.

Currently, Maria is spending the majority of her time growing her practice in ever-changing political environment.
