A panel of three nationally known experts will discuss ways to address experience-based barriers through situational awareness, education and self-assessment, in order to help you maintain momentum on your career trajectory at any stage. The panel discussion will focus on identifying and overcoming bias about too little or too much experience in the job market. We will cover how to influence other people's perceptions (or misperceptions) and how to create the best personal brand for your goals. 
Additionally, how can you make your skills more relevant to get hired, to get promoted and to stay employed throughout your career? Whether you are entry level or a seasoned professional, you may encounter age-related barriers in the job market for project management.  Learn how to navigate intergenerational realities to perform effectively on any team and how to gain and maintain a competitive edge as you transition through every phase of your career.
Join the discussion and bring your questions. There will also be time for networking to share ideas and hear success stories.

Venue Details

Our meeting facility sponsor requires advance notice of those wishing to attend meetings.  Walk-ins will not be allowed at this venue. Registration is required for all meetings.  Each meeting notice has a link to the registration process when registration opens.
