Engaging the Front Line in Performance Improvement

Most organizations today put out the latest fire or crisis without taking the time to find the root causes.

Tony Dottino

Tony Dottino, President of Dottino Consulting Group (DCG), focuses on the pragmatic application of the latest cognitive science to organizational challenges. He specializes in leadership development and developing skills of grass roots (i.e., front line) workers. Tony’s areas of expertise include creativity, culture change, communications, teamwork, process innovation and cognitive fitness.

Tony has been working with a variety of industries and using  a proactive approach that engages front line teams to identify the cost associated with errors and create their own solutions to eliminate them. Thus leading to cost improvements and revenue growth opportunities.  The front line teams work with their line managers to prioritize the problems, map all activities in the process  and determine how each front line team will relate to the interdependencies of their department's inputs & outputs on their key stakeholders.

Tony's team utilizes a methodology for building fundamental analytical skills that lead to reporting sustainable results that are critical to meeting an organization's  goals. He will use a case study that  will show how his team has done this and the amazing results these front line teams have created that have led to  increasing its' market share, exceeding its financial targets by double digits and changing behaviors throughout the whole organization.
