  • Disciplined Agile Certification Class - DASM - (4/8 - 4/9)  - With this training attendees will understand the Disciplined Agile mindset and its underlying principles; explore multiple leading agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; learn the fundamentals of agile and lean, and how to use both approaches effectively; understand how to put these strategies into action and ensure effective implementation; learn how to apply the Disciplined Agile tool kit to discover the best way of working in your unique situation.
 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Course 5 sessions - (4/10 - 5/8) - This course is designed for individuals who have on-the-job project management (PM) experience regardless of whether their formal job role is project manager and who might or might not have had formal project management training. The course enables candidates to increase their PM skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to PM, and seek career advancement by moving into a formal project manager job role, as well as to apply for the PMP certification. 
 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Course 10 sessions - (4/15 - 5/14) - This course is designed for individuals who have on-the-job project management (PM) experience regardless of whether their formal job role is project manager and who might or might not have had formal project management training. The course enables candidates to increase their PM skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to PM, and seek career advancement by moving into a formal project manager job role, as well as to apply for the PMP certification. 
 
  • SAFe® Scrum Master Course for SSM Certification (4/20 - 4/22) - This highly interactive course is intended for people new to the role of Scrum Master in SAFe. The focus will be on experiencing what SAFe is using simulations and exercises, and on the Scrum Master’s role in facilitating successful iterations and program increments and coaching teams to improve and succeed.
 
  • Disciplined Agile Certification Class - DASM - (4/22 - 4/23)  - With this training attendees will understand the Disciplined Agile mindset and its underlying principles; explore multiple leading agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; learn the fundamentals of agile and lean, and how to use both approaches effectively; understand how to put these strategies into action and ensure effective implementation; learn how to apply the Disciplined Agile tool kit to discover the best way of working in your unique situation.
 
 
  • Disciplined Agile Certification Class - DASSM - (5/7 - 5/8)  - Position yourself to successfully lead an agile team (or multiple teams) and effectively take on more complex and key initiatives for your organization. Adopt an agile mindset as well as being able to tailor and scale any agile or lean approach using the Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit to choose your way of working (WoW).
 
  • Disciplined Agile Certification Class - DASM - (5/12 - 5/14)  - With this training attendees will understand the Disciplined Agile mindset and its underlying principles; explore multiple leading agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; learn the fundamentals of agile and lean, and how to use both approaches effectively; understand how to put these strategies into action and ensure effective implementation; learn how to apply the Disciplined Agile tool kit to discover the best way of working in your unique situation.
 
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Class 6/7- 6/10)  - This CSM course provides a comprehensive review of everything scrum. It deep dives into the scrum framework, covering its history from origins to principles to how to apply it in practical settings. The experienced instructor will deliver invaluable information and engage you with interactive learning activities. With this understanding you’ll be able to apply agile techniques to your product development.
 
  • SAFe Advanved Scrum Master (SASM) Course - (6/8 - 6/10)  - This course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation. It covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement. It also offers actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns.
 
 
 
 
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Course - (10/5 - 10/7)  - Attendees will gain the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations and Lean Governance. They'll have the opportunity to capture the current and future state of their portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas tool and identify important business initiatives for achieving the future state. Participants will be able to establish portfolio flow with Portfolio Kanban and prioritize initiatives for maximum economic benefit. The course also provides insights on how to establish Value Stream Budgets and Lean Budget Guardrails and measure Lean portfolio performance..
