Education Offerings

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Course (01/28; 02/04; 02/11; 02/18; 02/25) - This course is designed for individuals who have on-the-job project management (PM) experience regardless of whether their formal job role is project manager and who might or might not have had formal project management training. The course enables candidates to increase their PM skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to PM, and seek career advancement by moving into a formal project manager job role, as well as to apply for the PMP certification.
  • PMI-ACP Certification Exam Prep Class (2/11/21 - 2/13/21)  - The PMI-ACP is PMI's fastest growing certification, and it's no wonder. Organizations that are highly agile and responsive to market dynamics complete more of their projects successfully than their slower-moving counterparts. The PMI-ACP spans many approaches to agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, eXtreme programming (XP) and test-driven development (TDD), so it will increase your versatility wherever your projects may take you.
  • Disciplined Agile Certification Class - DASM - (2/25/21 - 2/26/21)  - With this training attendees will understand the Disciplined Agile mindset and its underlying principles; explore multiple leading agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; learn the fundamentals of agile and lean, and how to use both approaches effectively; understand how to put these strategies into action and ensure effective implementation; learn how to apply the Disciplined Agile tool kit to discover the best way of working in your unique situation.
