PMOs are a center of excellence for leadership, accountability, standards, and governance.  But what makes a PMO successful?  Many industries have maturity models for their respective disciplines, but how do we assess the maturity of a PMO?  No tool has been widely accepted or certified as “the” capability model.  We challenged our PMO Roundtable team and connected with a team of seasoned PMO/PPM professionals to explore a robust PMO maturity assessment.

Location change!!!  Our Event is on Microsoft 5th Floor, not the 7th Floor. Please bring your business cards.

Join us for an enlightening demonstration of this asset, followed by a breakout session to perform a maturity assessment of your own.  With useful tips, real life examples, and lessons learned, this event will leave you with valuable takeaways to apply to your own PMO.
