Volunteers are an incredible resource that enable our chapter to provide valuable programs and services to our members and advance our profession. As volunteer leaders, we must employ a variety of leadership and volunteer management strategies to provide an optimal volunteer experience with the ultimate aim of volunteer engagement and retention. This workshop will equip you with the tools necessary to be an effective volunteer leader.
