How can blending of project, program and portfolio management concepts aid in maximizing business value?

Although project, program, and portfolio management may sound like similar concepts, they all differ in scope and deliver different outcomes. Many may be familiar with these concepts, but few know how to blend all three to provide maximum business value.

In this dynamic session we will discuss the following key concepts:

  • Anchoring on frameworks that enable effective and consistent delivery
  • Evaluating capability maturity to help organizations define their current and future state to drive actionable recommendations
  • Connecting the dots across concepts
  • Illustrating these concepts through sector examples and how they helped maximize business value
