Why should we limit work in progress? Have you worked on projects where you take on more work than you should, struggle to say no, multi-task and end up not finishing any assigned tasks?

The Agile Programs team has created a fun, interactive workshop where participants will learn how to limit work in progress so tasks are completed. This workshop will help teams and managers realize that being busy doesn’t help the bottom line.

Come join us for a fun evening!
