Project Managers are needed more than ever in order to lead very challenging, multifaceted global projects. In this session, you will learn several innovative and creative tools that will help you manage your projects efficiently and productively. We will use the PMI Process Groups as a baseline, and modify them by interjecting several resourceful concepts to cater to all customers. We hope to see you there!

Jerome Bridgeman, PMP®, CSM, ASQ-CQA, CTBS VP of Marketing at PMINYC

Jerome Bridgeman is a highly experienced global leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry. In addition to the role of VP of Marketing at PMINYC, he is the Director of Marketing at one of the world’s leading biologics companies. Jerome Bridgeman manages and expands the development of his organization’s business through Independent International distributors and partners. He is also responsible for new Global Market Development, new product launches, increasing sales in existing countries, optimizing revenues and meeting marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives. Despite the challenging regulatory landscape of the medical device industry, he and his team have been quite successful in launching various products throughout the world. Jerome Bridgeman holds four professional certificates in: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), American Standard of Quality Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ-CQA), and Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS).
