Please join Isabelle Theisen, Deutsche Bank Americas CISO as she shares her experiences managing business and technology projects and how to ensure any project plan includes proper security considerations and milestones;

Isabelle's presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with experts from corporate and financial firms to share their organization perspective on delivering cybersecurity needs.

As Americas CISO for Deutsche Bank, Isabelle works alongside the lines of business and technology to deliver the information security and cybersecurity programs to protect the bank in the Americas region.  Isabelle works closely with regulators, government agencies, associations, and industry groups throughout the region, as well as represents global security initiatives to the bank’s regional committees and boards of directors.

Isabelle has over 18 years’ experience directing information security operations for corporate organizations in a range of sectors, in the US and internationally. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank at the end of 2016, Isabelle built a new security practice for Accutive Consulting; set up the Chief Information Security Office for Western Alliance Bank; and built a multi-year security risk strategy as CISO for Caesars Entertainment. Previous roles include holding CISO/CSO positions for First Advantage Corporation, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, and American Express.

Olly is a graduate of Imperial College London in Civil and Marine Engineering and joined Deutsche Bank in 2016. He leads the Americas Enterprise Risk Technology team. He has spent the 19 years working within financial services organizations in technology, compliance, regulatory management roles.

Raymond English is a Global Technology Controls Officer for a major financial institution. Ray has extensive technology and risk experience in both the financial services and healthcare industries, where he has held senior-level IT positions at Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, MEAG-NY (Munich Re), Merck-Medco and Corning-MetPath. He was a member of the Board of Directors for both Citigroup/Crossmar and MEAG-NY.

Brian is a Security Risk Management Advisor, specializing in assisting small to mid-size clients to improve their business resiliency and cybersecurity posture. This continuous improvement process is driven by formalizing policies and security controls while increasing end-user awareness. He has over 20 years of experience with multinational Fortune 500 companies such as Sony, HBO, CNN, Dun & Bradstreet, Estee Lauder and most recently consults across a wide range of regulated industries for ACE IT Solutions.
