This will be a panel event moderated by past PMI President Mark Tuscano and experienced PMO Leaders focussing on the below topic. 

PMO Governance

  • Best practices for PMO leaders to handle multi-project/program governance environment. 
  • Related topics such as types of PMO, staffing, stakeholders and sponsorship
  • Best practices for communicating PMO metrics to senior management.
