Why should we think about agile?

Organizations have projects that vary in size and complexity. Some are small and straightforward while others are large and complex. So why should all projects be managed using the same approach? How can an organization keep moving and constantly adapt to changes despite its size? The key lies in the ability to quickly and efficiently meet the challenges and seize the opportunities of global markets ensuring enterprise agility.

The Agile team has created a fun, interactive workshop where participants can learn the agile approach for managing projects. After the workshop, participants should have basic understanding of agile concepts that can be applied to their own projects or in combination with plan driven (traditional/waterfall) project management using a hybrid approach.
