Beyond Merit – Skills That Will Help You Propel Your Career Forward

There is more to your career than just “putting your head down” and delivering your work on time and within budget. In this powerful learning experience, Uri will share three advanced career-driving skills which will help you advance your career as far as you care to dream of it.

The presentation is based on the Executive Coaching experience which Uri gained while working with many CEOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers. It also includes concepts from leadership luminaries such as Warren Bennis and John C. Maxwell.

The career-driving skills Uri will discuss include:

 1.         Communicating with impact

 2.         Making the most of your Advocate and Mentors

 3.         Navigating the political landscape

The presentation includes real life case stories and lively discussion with the audience.
