In this session, Michael Milutis demonstrates how to use LinkedIn to discover the secret to your career success. He will explain why personal branding success has as much to do with self-knowledge as social media. To that end, we will explore the key personal questions that every project management professional, project manager, or executive must find the answers to and that are universal across industry verticals. Michael will walk you through these questions and then demonstrate how one’s personal branding strategy flows logically from the answers. The presentation will include live demos on the LinkedIn web site and also cover other topics including:

Continuous workplace learning
Corporate mindfulness
Professional authenticity
Owning and developing your own career path
Personal branding and social media
Achieving peak levels of performance
