Should I consider running for the elections? What are the benefits?

 

To be eligible to hold a position on the PMINYC Board you must

  •  Be a member in good standing of PMI and PMINYC (dues paid, no ethics violations, etc.)
  • Have completed at least 2 years of service as a Volunteer Leader within our chapter (i.e. have been a Program Manager, Director or Officer)
  • Possess role-related skills for the office you seek


The Board reserves the right to grant exceptions to these requirements.

The new bylaws provide important information about the chapter, chapter membership, the board of directors and the nominations and elections process.  If you are considering running for office please review the bylaws first!
